You get my text? Flippin close to vomiting today at the gym what with that nice wee programme you suggested...And I only managed 2/3 of the way through as well...

Didn't want to wreck myself for footy tomorrow ;)

I did 50 second full on (level 8) on the bike, then 20 seconds light (level 1), then repeat twice more.

Then 750m on the rower, as fast as I could (about 3 minutes)

Then repeat all of the above, but 40 seconds on the bike at level 10 this time.

After the rowing I had to take about 5-6 minutes before I could tackle the stairs out of the gym, and that was going down the way, too...

Give me an email and we can arrange for a cwaffee at some point soon. I've got an interesting idea that I think you might dig, following on from Christian's sermon on Sunday morning.
